Dense olive gold paisleys flow across a black ground, picked out in sky blue, maroon and ivory. An ivory paisley border frames the collar, the front opening and the hem, so the cape looks finished from every angle. It drapes from the shoulders with slits for the hands, closes with fabric-covered buttons and is lined in black.

Wear it over a silk saree to a winter wedding, over a kurta for a December evening, or over a simple dress for travel. It’s made to go with the sarees you already love, so you never have to hide them under a cardigan again.
