What are your delivery options?

Oagh is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship the product within 48 hours of order placement, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through DTDC or Xpressbees or Delhivery.

Note : Certain made on order products will take any where between 5-12 working days. please read through shipping related information on the products description.

Once the order is placed tracking details will be shared on a registered email Id with in 48 hours.

Please Note - Any additional customisation like folded stich or Fall Picot will take addition 1-2 days depending on the backlog.

When will my order be dispatched?

Express Orders: Dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Standard Delivery Orders: Dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Is express shipping available for all locations?

Express shipping is currently available only for metro cities.
Before placing an express order, we recommend confirming availability with our team.
Approximate delivery time for express orders is 3–4 days.

Note: Since we operate out of Bangalore, customers in Bangalore do not need to select express shipping — delivery is already fast within the city.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 days for most destinations across India.

What if there is a delay in delivery?

Delivery timelines depend on our courier partners. While we make every possible effort to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated time, there may be occasional delays due to logistical challenges at the destination branch.
Please rest assured that we put in 100% effort to get your saree delivered on time, though we have limited control once the shipment is with the courier partner.

Are shipping charges refundable in case of return or refund?

No, shipping charges are non-refundable. In case you request a return or refund, the shipping fee will not be reimbursed.

Do you provide International delivery?

We regret to inform our international shipping isn't operational yet. Rest assured in coming time we will open up this service.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order ?

Yes, you can change your address as long as your order is not shipped from our end. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the shipping address.
