Fall + Picot

The Fall + Picot Service involves the attachment of a fabric strip (fall) and a picot finish to the edges of your saree. This enhances the drape, protects the saree from wear and tear, and provides a polished finish.

1. This service is available only for sarees purchased directly from Oagh India.Customers must request this service at the time of purchase.
   

2. The service requires an additional 2 business days to complete before dispatch. Delivery timelines will be adjusted accordingly, and customers will be informed of the revised shipping date.

3. Sarees that undergo Fall + Picot Service are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect unrelated to the service.

4. All sarees with length less than 6.2 meters, the blouse piece will not be cut. Customer is expected to cut the blouse piece as per convinience 
5. All saree above 6.3 blouse piece will be cut and will be sent along with the saree.

6. Oagh India ensures that the Fall + Picot Service is performed with utmost care by skilled professionals. However, Oagh India is not liable for any minor variations or delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers opting for Partial COD must pay a non-refundable advance amount (typically a percentage of the order value) at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon delivery.

• The advance amount must be paid online via UPI, debit/credit card, wallet, or net banking.

• The balance amount is to be paid in full to the delivery partner before the parcel is handed over. Partial payments to the delivery executive will not be accepted.

• If the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery without valid reason, the advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation and handling charges.

• If the customer is not reachable on phone at the time of delivery, the courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

• If, after 3 unsuccessful attempts, the parcel is marked as undelivered and returned to our base, the advance amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• Customers who consistently reject Partial COD parcels or are unreachable at the time of delivery may be restricted from using the Partial COD service in the future.

• Oagh India reserves the right to disable Partial COD for specific pin codes or regions based on delivery performance.
