Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At Oagh India, every saree and piece of jewelry is crafted with care and authenticity. However, if something doesn’t feel right, our return and exchange process is simple and transparent.
1. Return Policy
We offer a “no questions asked” return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp: +91 83695 97367 with the following details:
a. Order ID
b. Reason for Return / Exchange
c. Package Opening Video (mandatory)
d. Photos (if applicable)
🕒 Important: The return shipment must be dispatched within 48 hours of delivery.
🔁 One-time exchange applicable only.
2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will take full responsibility and bear the return shipping costs.
A package opening video is mandatory for verification.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share shipping instructions, and you’ll receive a replacement or refund as per your request.
3. Self-Shipping Returns (If You Don’t Like the Product)
We understand that sometimes you may not like what you received — and that’s perfectly fine.
In such cases, you can self-ship the product back to us.
Steps to Self-Ship:

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 83695 97367).

Dispatch the return within 48 hours of delivery to the address shared by our team.

Ensure all return conditions listed below are met.

Share the courier name and tracking number with us once shipped.
Note:

The shipping cost for self-returns will not be reimbursed.

Once the product reaches us and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed as per policy.
Return Conditions (for All Returns & Self-Shipments)
Before sending the product back, please ensure:

The product is unused and unworn.
-
It is folded as originally sent.
-
The original Oagh India box is included and undamaged (if damaged, ₹320 will be deducted).

All tags are intact and not removed.

The product is packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to avoid damage or loss during transit.
If any of these conditions are not met, the return may be refused or additional charges may apply.
4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for products of the same price.

Exchanges for lower-priced products are not permitted.

For self-shipped exchanges, customers must share courier tracking details once dispatched.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customised products (e.g., sarees with fall & picot, blouses).
-
Jewellery items (for hygiene reasons).
-
Clearance sale products (unless damaged or wrong item received).
Refunds
1. How to Request a Refund
When submitting your return request, select the “Refund” option.
You can submit your request through our Return Request Form: (Insert Return Request Link)
2. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours, provided it meets all return conditions.
Refunds typically reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
3. Possible Deductions
If upon inspection we find:

Product has been used or in unacceptable condition → ₹490 deduction (dry cleaning fee).

Tags or saree bag missing → ₹75 deduction.

Box damaged → ₹320 deduction.
4. Refund Delays
Bank or payment gateway processing times may delay your refund.
