Manjal (Kungumam): Kanjivaram Heritage Saree

Some colours are blessings before they are colours.
The body is a warm turmeric yellow, woven with fine zari checks that glint softly as the saree moves. It is a classic Kanjivaram kattam, quiet and timeless. It is framed by a wide kumkum pink border lined with gold zari stripes and tiny zari dashes along the edge.
Then comes the pallu, rich kumkum pink woven with zari mangoes, flowing creepers, and floral roundels. It is the part of the saree everyone will remember.
It is made for weddings, festivals, griha pravesh, and every auspicious beginning, and made to be passed down one day.
